Trademark Usage Guidelines
Here’s a few examples of what we should absolutely avoid when using the logo.
XDon't create your own version.
XDon't rotate or tilt the logo.
XDon't use a different typeface.
XDon't use gradient or shadows.
XDon't use low-contrast options.
XDon't use the wordmark only.
Best practices
These guidelines delineate the mandatory protocols for the utilization and visual representation of our brand assets in all contexts. By employing our brand assets, you implicitly acknowledge adherence to these guidelines, recognizing that any violation thereof will result in immediate termination of your license and/or permission to utilize said assets.
- Authorization for the use of our brand assets must be explicitly granted in written form.
- Your utilization must refrain from any action that might mislead consumers regarding our sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your company, products, or services.
- Our brand assets are unequivocally our proprietary possessions. Any benefits derived from their usage shall accrue solely to our advantage. You are prohibited from undertaking any actions that contravene our rights or ownership of said assets. - The respectful and dignified utilization of our brand assets is imperative. Their usage should not, in any manner, undermine our products, services, reputation, or the goodwill associated with our brand assets. Therefore, refrain from associating our brand assets with any illegal or unethical activities, or employing them in a deceptive or injurious manner.
